Library Media Specialist

Hi! I am Allison Johnson, and I am so excited to be your Library Media Specialist here at Dorothy Smith Pullen Elementary. I grew up in the small East Texas town of Mt. Pleasant. I currently live in Heath with my husband and our 2 girls. I have taught kindergarten in Mansfield ISD and have served as team lead for 1st grade at Amy Parks Heath Elementary. Most recently, I was a math interventionist at Dobbs Elementary. I want our library to be a place where students, staff, and parents feel welcome. Our library needs to be a place where we can all learn and grow together. I just love the Pullen family, and I am so eager to get to know all of you better this year. Go Panthers!
